Products will be checked against any fault and to ensure correct colour / size before they are sent.
Kindly notify us via email if we have made a mistake sending you the wrong product or if it is faulty
within 7 days of customer receiving the product.
We will be more than happy to exchange it for you.
We do NOT do refund unless we failed to provide the correct replacement for you.
Refund will be made via PayPal to reimburse your account as how you had made the payment.

Stock will be checked to ensure that it is not damaged by wear and tear
or damaged on purpose by people or pets before exchange / refund can be approved.
If it is faulty, we will pay for the postage to return the product to us
and
sent you a replacement/refund immediately at our cost as soon as product is returned to us.
If it is due to incorrect size ordered by customer, you will be charged for the postage
to return the product to us as well as sending the replacement to you, if it is available.
