Please place your order by your pet’s measurement
instead of
the pet’s weight or clothes / accessories sizes.
We cannot provide a
measurement chart due to a number
of reasons.
Pets of the same breed
may differ in sizes due to
weight, height, length and coat density.
It is highly recommended that you read the product measurement
and
measure your pet with care to avoid any return postage fees
as
we do not
cover for postage fee to return the item to us
if incorrect size
was ordered.
You can use a soft measuring tape and always measure your pets
when
they are standing.
For growing puppies or kittens, choose
adjustable
product
to allow room for growth. Giving them treats is a good way to keep them still
and focused. If you need any assistance with choosing the correct product size,
feel free to email us with your pets’ measurements
and we will be
happy to help.
The following information should provide a helpful guideline
to assist you
in measuring your pet properly.

A - Length: Measure from your pet’s shoulder blades to the base of the tail.
This is usually the least important if the chest measurement is incorrect
unless you have pet with longer body like a Basset Hound
which you can go for clothing with “plus” size.
B - Neck: Measure around the your pet’s neck at the widest area
where the neck meets the body. Bear in mind that you should be able
to fit
two fingers in between the collar and your pet’s neck for
a comfortable fit.
Due to the reason that different manufacturers
produce
different measurements for collars, please measure by your
pet’s neck
and NOT by their current collar size or length.
C - Chest: Measure from your pet’s shoulder blades, around the chest
just behind the front legs and back to join at the starting point
of the measurement on your pet’s shoulder blades.
This is usually the most crucial measurement so that your pet
will not get caught or walk uncomfortably.
Other Factors: Take into consideration when measuring if your pet
is
double coated or has a thick or long coat like Malamute or Siberian Huskies.
If your pet has just had a hair cut, always give a bit of extra room
for coat regrowth.
